Ethan Wagner began his real estate career working in acquisitions for a company based in Columbia, South Carolina. After contributing to more than 50 successful transactions, he gained firsthand experience helping homeowners understand their options and navigate the selling process.
That experience taught Ethan that many homeowners need more than an offer. They need someone who listens, communicates, and understands the circumstances behind their decision to sell.
At 25, Ethan founded I BUY SC to provide that level of support to homeowners throughout Greenville and Upstate South Carolina. I BUY SC purchases properties directly in as-is condition, helping sellers avoid repairs, showings, agent commissions, and unnecessary uncertainty.
